Dog Gone Red
This is Cooper's debut wine. Dog Gone Red is a semi-dry red wine, created especially for someone just starting to enjoy red wines. The wine is fruity and soft, with a hint of sweetness. Cooper suggests serving chilled or at room temperature

Rivanna Red Vintage 2004
This is a blended wine of three different grape varieties (Chambourcin, Norton and Cabernet Sauvignon). The wine is a Beaujolais style. It is dry but very fruity and best served with meat, spicy chicken or pasta.

Zinfandel 2006
A robust red wine made from 100% Zinfandel grapes. The wine is very
spicy with lots of plum and berry characters. A very nice all around wine.
This wine will age for three to least five years.

Cabernet Sauvignon Vintage 2004
An elegant dry red wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This wine is unfiltered. This makes the wine heavier but with more flavors and body. This wine ages very well and can be enjoyed now .

Norton Vintage 2007
This red grape was developed in Richmond, Va. around 1820. It was commercially available in 1830. It was the main grape in early Virginia wines. This wine is full bodied, very rich and fruity. Its best served with meat or spicy dishes.

Aurora
Aurora is a sweet red wine that we have added natural flavoring of Chocolate and Raspberries. Chocolate is the dominate aroma and flavor with Raspberry accents. This is a perfect wine for chocolate lovers. Best served ice cold with a friend

Rubix is a multidimensional - port - style dessert wine made from Norton Grapes. This wine is a deeply colored full bodied wine that is fruity, soft, rich, and finishes with some sweetness. Rubix can be served either well chilled or at room temperature, a perfect wine to end the evening.

Spicy Rivanna
This is our Rivanna Red to which we have added cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice, anise, orange peel, lemon peel and residual sugar. This wine is best served either well chilled or steaming hot like tea.
