Burnley Vineyards is one of the oldest Vineyards in the Monticello Viticultural Area. We have 32 acres of vineyards - Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Orange Muscat, Muscat Blanc, Chambourcin, Vidal and Norton. Burnley Vineyards is a family operation. C.J. Reeder is General Manager, Lee Reeder is the winemaker, Patt Reeder handles Sales and Dawn Reeder tasting and tours.
Come and taste two chilies. One from StoneFire Kitchen (local Barboursville restaurant) and one that is homemade vegetarian. Get a cup of your choice and taste our newest bottled wine – Dog Gone Red - a semi-sweet red.
Admission is Free.
Fourteen other wines are available to taste for $2.00 per person.

We started planting in the spring of 1977.
The first grapes were harvested in 1980.
From 1980 throught 1983, all of our grapes were sold to other Virginia Wineries.
In 1984. we started our own Virginia Farm Winery.
We have been adding to our vineyards every year.
We currently have 32 acres of grapes.
